All of our products are shipped by UPS. You will be able to choose and review the costs for level of service you choose, before you submit payment information and before confirming your order. Shipping costs include insurance costs. Online shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the continental U.S.A. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii by Air only. All Export orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. No online export ordering at this time. Orders placed after 9 A.M. will generally ship the following business day. Email or call for a definite shipping date.

Orders can be prepaid prior to shipping by check or money order, shipped C.O.D., paid by your PayPal account, MasterCard, Visa, Amex or Discover credit cards.

All Ohio sales without tax exemption certificates on file will be charged the appropriate county tax rate.
Tax Exempt Sales: (updated 3/18/05)
All tax exempt sales require customers to submit by email or fax valid tax exemption certificates with vender license numbers to be validated prior to shipping the order. Please submit this prior to placing an order to prevent shipping delays.

Our products are manufactured to perform as specified on this web site. If these specifications meet your needs, then so will our products, guaranteed! Any product that does not perform as specified will be repaired or replaced within the one year warranty period. No other returns are allowed. Call or email for a determination, instructions and authorization prior to the return of any product.

All new welding distributors must send us an email or fax on your letterhead requesting access to the distributor section of our site. Include your valid tax exemption certificate with your initial request, to prevent delays. |
